Cadbury Ireland commissioned The Printed Image to create ‘In-Store Theatre’ for their Flake Promotion which involved a Lipstick giveaway in conjunction with a TV Advertising Campaign.
Cadbury wanted to create a feeling of sensuality while re-invigorating the flake brand with the target market (females age 20-35).
The design needed to include a prominent image of the Flake combined with red lips and a seductive image of a girl eating a flake. The core creative once established and approved then needed to be rolled out over a number of effective pieces of point of sale to gain as much presence in store as possible.
We presented many ideas and it was decided to run with floor graphics, window stickers, counter unit pieces and an innovative clear hanging mobile.
The mobile was screen printed double sided on a clear pvc providing the illusion that the flake and lips were floating in the air!
Value can be added by using unusual print finishes such as glitter inks, thermochromic inks or similar. A mix of materials can be utilized and electronic features included.
Strong graphics, innovative pieces and print finishes resulted in a very effective pos suite to carry the promotion in-store.
