The Printed Image recently participated in a Corporate Social Responsibility survey undertaken by EcoVadis. Ecovadis are a global body committed to ensuring a real impact on the environmental and social practices of companies around the world. Corporate Social Responsibility is growing in importance and we, at The Printed Image, were delighted to take part. For us, it was great opportunity to share our initiatives we’ve implemented to help us work towards achieving our own CSR goals and validate those. We’re committed and are continuously finding ways in which we can reduce the impact of our work and drive a positive change on society.
We’re thrilled to announce that The Printed Image have been accredited with a ‘silver recognition level’ for CSR by EcoVadis. The survey analysed us across four criteria themes of Environment, Fair Labour Practices, Ethics/ Fair Business Practices, and Supply Chain. As an SME, we’re very proud to see that our commitments to CSR have been recognised and it’s an honour to receive an external validation to highlight our efforts.
Some policies we’ve implemented around CSR include:
- Environment: commitment to offering recyclable materials as part of our solution
- Fair Labour Practices: Non-discrimination and equal opportunity for all team members
- Fair Business Practices/Ethics: Anti-corruption and bribery, active approach to ensuring we meet all regulations
- Supply Chain: Full evaluation and ongoing monitoring of all our supply chain partners ensuring they adhere to the standards we have set for ourselves
We are firm believers that society gains when companies adhere to their corporate social responsibilities. We’re proud of our efforts and hungry to do more!
