The Restaurant Association of Ireland
Client:
The Restaurant Association of Ireland
Background
The Restaurants Association of Ireland began in 2009. The RAI host an annual Irish Restaurant Awards event across each Province. Culminating in a National Award Ceremony which is held in Dublin, hosting 1000+ guests, where previous winners cook a five-course meal for their guests.
It’s the most prestigious and credible awards program for Restaurants and Chefs in Ireland. It is a great night for attendees to meet others from the industry and celebrate #foodOscars.
Brief
Our client was looking to create banners for numerous different awards, along with each category’s sponsor logos.
Our in-house Studio department had previously worked with the RAI in 2019 to create the skins for their banners. We also worked on some of their logo creative with them at the same time.
This year the task was to update the sponsors and logos for their 2020 event.
Execution
Stage 1
The Printed Image Studio used the old artwork available and updated the new banners with ease.
As briefed in by the client, our design studio incorporated new colour waves in the designs, representing the brand’s personality. We worked exactly to our client’s instruction and kept them involved in the process all the way.
It’s always an exciting process as the studio and client get to use their imagination, seeing the events personality comes to life through the artwork design process.
Stage 2
The Printed Image printing team had the banners printed and delivered exactly as the new elements were required by our client.
Outcome
The turnaround for this project was quick and our client was delighted with the end result. The new artwork can be seen on The Restaurants Association of Ireland’s website, as well as on the banners as the prizes are presented. All supported by their social media.
It is always satisfying to work with clients repeatedly, and as we get to know them better, we have a better understanding to achieve a more accurate image of what they want from a project.
